Customers must email tonyakridgeartworks@gmail.com with photos of the artwork or product within 7 days of receipt to request a refund or replacement. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for items damaged upon arrival or not as described. We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements for non-compliance with this policy.
